Inglot AMC Lip Gloss 541 Review

Hey guys, hope you are all doing well! I want to share a really unique lip gloss by Inglot with you today! When I first laid eyes on this and swatched it in stores, I was completely in awe and knew I had to have it! These awesome lippies are called AMC Lip Gloss by Inglot. AMC stands for Advanced Makeup Components, not sure what this means exactly but this is a term coined by Inglot to describe their signature formulation for their high impact color makeup. These AMC lip glosses come in six different colors and have an really amazing opalescent/duochrome effect. I only have this color, 541 but I would love to collect them all because they are so freaking cool!

FOTD Golden Sunrise & Faux Heather Review

Today's look is a recreation of Meredith's Golden Sunrise Eyes from Pigments and Palettes! I seriously love all of Meredith's makeup looks and want to recreate everything she does. This look seemed fun and simple enough, so I gave it a go! My photos look so dull compared to hers, I clearly still need help in lighting and photoshop but that's okay! I will also be reviewing Faux's new Heather lashes, so keeping reading for more info!

Happy 420!

Yes, I celebrate this "holiday" and I fully support legalization of marijuana. I'm not sure if you guys are interested in the reasons why, but I'll just mention a few! One of the main reason I believe it should be legal is because marijuana is not a lethal drug, it is a 100% natural plant. It blows my mind how many highly addictive legal substances there are (cough cough TOBACCO). An estimated 443,000 people die each year from smoking tobacco or exposure to secondhand smoke - OH YEAH it's totally legal and kills people?! Unlike alcohol and many other prescription drugs, it is impossible to overdose on marijuana. If marijuana was legal it could be taxed and REALLY help our economy. Keeping it illegal is hurting the economy, because money is wasted enforcing laws and all the profit is going to the black market. Marijuana has been illegal for less than 1% of the time it has actually been used...don't understand? Watch this video. So that's just a few facts, I didn't elaborate much otherwise this would have been a very long post!

Now let's talk about my nails, rasta colored polka dots! I planning to do something much more creative, but some friends decided to come over yesterday and didn't leave till 11:30pm. I wanted to do a green, yellow, red gradient and try to draw some little weed leaves. But let's just say I celebrated early, it was almost midnight so I wasn't quite up to the task haha. When in doubt - polka dots! This isn't my best polka dot mani, you might notice the dots are smaller on my pointer finger then larger on the rest, haha whatever! Cult Nails had a one day only sale back on April 7th for 50% off all their nail polishes except limited edition ones! Hey beauties!! First off I wanted to thank you all SO MUCH for your support! I've reached over 500 GFC followers and I can't tell you how much it means, you guys are the best! I created a look using all these products and I'll review each individually... 

April Beauty Army!

Here's my Beauty Army kit for the month for April! I don't know if you noticed but I didn't blog about my March kit because I was not happy with the samples I got to choose. I took my profile quiz over and over again, didn't like any of my options. The good news is - Beauty Army listens to their customers so now you can skip a month if you like!! I'm so happy about this, so I won't be wasting money when I don't like my sample options. I'm pleased with my samples this month, so let's take a closer look at what I think about them!

China Glaze Electrify + follow me on Instagram!

Electrify is a vibrant gold and red glitter from China Glaze's Hunger Games collection! This glitter polish is very opaque, I only used two coats here! I think China Glaze really captured "the girl on fire" perfectly...this is definitely what I imagined Katniss' dress to look like, electrifying! This the only color I have from the Hunger Games collection, but I still want to get the flakie Luxe and Lush. Also...

The yellow is China Glaze Lemon Fizz, the orange is Sally Hansen Sunkissed and the white and black are Milani Nail Art Lacquers. They were pretty easy to do! Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Review

ExfoliKate really came to my rescue the other day! Out of nowhere I woke up with ridiculously dry FLAKY skin, I've never had flaky skin before. I looked in the mirror and was like, OMG what happened to my face?! I busted out ExfoliKate because I knew it's the best exfoliator I have, and it worked a miracle getting rid of all the flaky skin fast! I received ExfoliKate in my gift bag from the Beauty Social I went to last October. I really love this stuff and figured it's about time I blog about it!

Nailtiques Formula 2 – my holy grail nail strengthener!

I’ve had short, stubby nails my ENTIRE life...I played sports year-around while growing up and was never allowed to have long nails or even wear nail polish. Once I graduated high school all my extracurricular activities ended and I finally got be my girly self (was never any good at sports anyways). TRUE STORY: when I was 10 years old my softball team gave out awards like...MVP, Most Improved, Best Team Player…my award? “The Most Beautiful Player” hahaha it was obviously a joke (but I did spend more time fixing my hair then playing the game). Anyways! Now that I’m a nail polish addict, I love my nails long but they didn’t get this way without some help! Today I will be reviewing my favorite nail strengthener, Nailtiques Formula 2. This helped my nails stop chipping, breaking and finally grow long...I can’t live without it!
