FOTD Neutral Cut Crease

Happy Friday! So I don't apply eyeshadow for work very often, maybe once a week...I am not a morning person and I'd rather sleep 30 more minutes then take longer to do my makeup haha. However my precious little dog decided he wasn't going to let me sleep in today, he would not stop licking while laying on top of me...and Ruckus is not litte, more like 60 pounds hah! So I had some time before work decided to do a cut crease using my Naked 2 palette!

Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Eyeliner Review

Today I will be reviewing the Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Eye Enhancing Kohl Kajal Eyeliner Trio for Blue Eyes....phew, long name is LONG! I'm going to tell you right away this is going to be a bad review. Bad reviews are no fun to write, I'd rather be writing about a product I'm excited about. BUT I want you guys to know the products I've tried and didn't like so you can avoid them too!

Neon Gradient!

How bright and fun is this manicure?!? I LOVE it! I've been wanting to use some of my favorite neon polishes together and what better way then in a gradient! The pink is Zoya Ali which this the best neon pink polish EVER and the purple is Zoya Charisma. I absolutely love these two colors because they only need two coats to be opaque and neon polishes are usually very sheer. The yellow is Sinful Colors Neon Melon, this color is sheer but still works! Darling Girl Cosmetics: Boy With The Bread

This beautiful eyeshadow is from the Darling Girl Cosmetics Hunger Games collection Only One Can Win! I won this from Wendy at Turtle Beauty when she did a Twitter giveaway, thanks Wendy! My package arrived yesterday just in time for the release of The Hunger Games movie today. My friend Cathalina introduced me to the books a couple years ago (before they got all popular) and I absolutely love them! I probably won't be seeing the movie anytime soon or in theatres at all, all the hype makes me lose interest. Plus, reading the books is way better than watching the movie anyways. I was still excited to use this eyeshadow and created a look for today!

NOTD Green & Gold

St. Patrick's Day nails? Haha yes, that is what I am going for! A LOT of people seem like this combo, probably because the gold glitter is super shiny. I don't know why everyone keeps asking me if I'm Irish because my nails are painted green this week, it's so weird...I'm not Irish, I just like to be festive! The green color is two coats Julep Leah and the gold glitter (with some holographic flakes) is Color Club Gingerbread. Gingerbread is from Color Club's holiday collection and it is sooo gorgeous...this picture does not to justice! I wasn't in the mood for any nail art but maybe I will be by Saturday, we shall see! So are you rockin' green nails this week too??? :)

FOTD You won't find me in glasses often!

I bet you didn't know I wear glasses! I usually wear contacts but my (newly acquired) allergies have been SO BAD these past two weeks...my eyes are super itchy, watery and my contacts feel so uncomfortable, it really sucks :( I've never experienced allergy symptoms to the point where I couldn't wear my contacts. I finally talked to my doctor yesterday, she told me what to buy so I hopefully it works and I can start wearing my contacts again soon! I'm nearsighted, any object more than 2 feet away is blurry...it's been this way since I was 10 year old. I can't wait to get Lasik eye surgery one day. I haven't even bothered wearing eye makeup all week, but I did today because we have some VERY important people coming to work. So I snapped a quick photo before heading out the door. Sorry no exciting makeup, just wanted to show you guys the sophisticated, smarter looking me...haha just kidding! Lush Oatifix Fresh Face Mask Review

Oatifix Fresh Face Mask is a soothing oat and banana mask for dry skin. I originally wanted Cosmetic Warrior (I think that’s what it’s called? I can’t find any of the Fresh Face Mask online right now) which is for problem skin but they were all sold out. I don’t usually have dry skin but my face has been feeling drier these past couple weeks, so this mask has really been helping out! Oatifix is also suitable for sensitive skin, so it is perfect for my skin type (sensitive & acne prone) anyways. Best part about this product that it’s vegan and contains some delicious ingredients!

Is this too orange?

Hey guys, happy Friday!!! So I started experimenting with my UV reactive makeup last night...well, what I used here isn't considered makeup, more like face paint. I'm going to Beyond Wonderland on March 17th and I want to do my makeup all crazy for the event! I've been brewing up ideas and pinning them on this Pinterest board, follow me so I can follow you back!! I really want to incorporate the UV paint in someway, then I'm not sure if I want to add glitter or do a pattern on my face like xSparkage did here. The event is coming up fast and I need to figure out what I'm doing to I can buy whatever else I need! Also I NEED your advice/suggestions on a couple things, basically how to make this waterproof...so keep reading below to see more pictures and my thoughts :)

OPI Holland Collection Dutch Treats

You might be realizing by now that I'm obsessed with these mini sets by OPI! I think they are the most affordable way to get different colors from a collection without spending a ton of money. This set is only $12.99 for four colors where one normal size bottle is $8, if you like to buy new nail polish colors as often as me this is much more budget friendly. I really wanted two other colors from the Holland Collection that aren't included in this set, A Roll In The Hague and Thanks A WindMillion but my budget is tight now so I decided they aren't unique enough spend money on. Overall, I'm not CRAZY about any of these colors, but they are nice for spring time!
