This lip conditioner can be used under or over your lip products (obviously by the name), or by itself! First let’s talk about the packaging – personally I’m not a fan of pots like because I have long nails and it’s difficult to some product out. Another reason I don’t like the packaging is you should wash/sanitize your hands before dipping your fingers in, otherwise it will get dirty.
Aside from the packaging, I really like everything else about this lip conditioner! It goes on smooth and feels really soft and moisturizing. I used this under my most drying lipstick and it really helped to make my lips feel more moisturized – same with over! The only reason I don’t like using it over some lipstick it because you have to use your finger and it smears the color (and you get it on your finger). I definitely prefer using this by itself. It lasts a fair amount of time, maybe 2 or 3 hours.

This is my new favorite lip scrub!! It smells AND tastes AMAZING – just like brown sugar! Even though I didn’t like the packaging for the lip conditioner, it’s fine for this since there’s not much else they could do – just make sure your hands are clean. I scoop a little bit of product out, and then rub it in with my finger and lips. It exfoliates really feel, my lips feel soo soft and smooth and after using this! I love the way it feels and I just wanted to keep using it over and over again.
