FOTD Serious Business

Happy Friday!!! I've been getting a lot of compliments at work today for this look! People keep asking if I'm going anywhere special and I'm like...no, I just had extra time to make myself look nice this morning haha! But what I'm really excited about this my sock bun!! I thought I couldn't do it because my hair is short but I looked up YouTube tutorials for short hair and this video helped a lot! I seriously LOVE how it looks and will probably do my hair like this multiple times a week now! Then I did smokey eyes and nude lips which goes perfectly with a high bun...this look is great for a night out or anytime you please :)

Some of my hair didn't fit into the high pony so I had to clip them in the back with this super cute bow!
Now let's talk about my makeup! I'm pretty much out of my Glominerals Liquid Protective Foundation (read my review here!) and I can't decide which foundation I want to try next!?! Urban Decay Naked Skin, Laura Mercier Silk Creme, Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation...I can't decide! What do you think?
My eyeshadow is from the Urban Decay Naked2 palette...I used Blackout all over my lid, blended it out with Snakebite and highlighted with Bootycall!
I'm wearing the Faux Chloe lashes. They look sooo natural, I love them!

Song of the Day:
Another song by an artist I'm excited to see at Identity FestivalSerious Business by Excision. Excision is a dubstep DJ from Canada...if you've ever heard people making fun of dubstep saying it sounds like "transformers/robots having sex" and didn't know what they were talking about then you must listen to Excision...I think his songs really do sound like transformers having sex haha. It doesn't get more dubstep than Excision, can't wait to see see set at ID!

Thanks for reading, have a good weekend!
