FOTD Zeitgeist
Hello beauties, hope you are all doing well! Today's FOTD is from my sushi date with my boyfriend last night! We loooooove sushi! Our friend told us about this new place that is really good AND really cheap...and it was! For my makeup I just did a simple neutral look with a pop of purple using my Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV!
Speaking of Urban Decay, I am SO GLAD they decided not to sell in China so they are still cruelty free, hooray! :D Have you seen their new Smoked Palette? (of course you have, silly question!) Well I think it's a great palette for smokey eyes but after comparing it to my Book of Shadows IV it seems like they have VERY similar colors. They both have a shimmery brown, taupe, purple, blue, gray...none of them are dupes but too close for me to justify buying this new one. I really wanted it but I guess that saves me some money!
For the purple on my waterline I just applied NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk then dabbed Urban Decay eyeshadow in Blue Bus on top (I don't know why they called that shadow Blue Bus when it's clearly purple).

Instead of sharing a song with this FOTD I thought I would share this documentary I watched this weekend, Zeitgeist The Movie. It completely BLEW MY MIND...it made me speechless and so angry (but in a good way) and I highly recommend you watch it if you haven't already (it's on Netflix)! If you believe in Christianity or that 9/11 was a terrorist attack you probably won't be too happy with this movie. But I believe everyone should open minded and hear the other side of the "story." I won't get into my opinions other than I totally agree with this movie and it makes me so angry that people just go along with whatever their religion/government says. If you've seen this movie I would LOVE to hear what you think!
