I bought this Pangea Organics Skincare Discovery kit because I received a couple Pangea Organics samples in my Birchboxes and I was seriously impressed with their products! Their products are natural, organic, cruelty-free and packed with high-quality ingredients. They NEVER contain petroleum, sulfates, synthetic preservatives, artificial colors/fragrances or GMOs. I’ve been trying to incorporate natural/organic product into my routine, so this kit was the perfect to try their skincare and decide if I want to buy anything full size. Unfortunately (for my wallet) Pangea Organics is pretty expensive, but that’s because their products contains a bunch of exotic ingredients that are really beneficial...
This kit retails for $40 but I bought it on Birchbox.com using my points SO I only paid $10+shipping. It is formulated for oily to blemish-prone skin (they also have one for dry to sensitive or normal to combination) and offers the ideal amount of moisture without added surface oil. Each product contains bio-available ingredients that provide weightless hydration plus oil-control while also helping to calm surface inflammation and revitalize damaged skin. So I dropped my current skincare regimen and strictly used these products for over a month. Some products ran out and some I still have left over but I got a good idea about how I felt about them. I’ll review each product individually then talk about how I feel about them as whole at the end!

I LOVE this cleanser! I was so surprised how well it removed all my makeup, even my mascara. A small amount creates a really good lather and washes away all residues on my face with ease. I received one of these cleansers in my Birchbox and seriously loved it, which made me want to try more Pangea Organics products (hence why I bought this kit). My skin feels thoroughly clean and soft after using this cleanser, I really love it!

I really like this scrub because it is VERY gentle! It’s pretty much impossible to be too harsh on your with this scrub. It contains raw, ground-up adzuki bean which exfoliates the skin effectively. You are suppose to massage this gently into your face, leave on for about 30 seconds then massage again for another 30 seconds for full enzymatic potential. Overall I really like this scrub because it is very gentle but effective!

This toner is very nice, has lots of beneficial ingredients and smells good too (can be used as aromatherapy). It comes with a spray pump which I forgot to take a picture of. Contains tangerine oil which is vitamin-rich and known for its nutritive properties and thyme linalol oil which is derived from the thyme leaves and flowers are antioxidant, astringent, cleansing, antibacterial and aromatic. Also contains organic lavender alcohol which is used as a skin toner, absorption aid, preservative, carrier for aroma and suspension agent. I usually use witch hazel for toner which I like but this toner is not as harsh and has great ingredients.

This offers a perfectly balanced polyphenol ratio that helps to control and reduce shine. Argan also has many other skin benefits, supports natural collagen and elastin retention with supreme hydrating properties and natural antiseptic benefits to keep blemishes at bay. I know this cream has lots of great ingredients but I was the least impressed by it. It felt fine on my skin but didn't really make it feel any better than usual.

Organic matcha tea contains more than 10 times the overall nutrients of any other tea, its ingredients help to reverse oxidative damage, eliminate toxins , energize, brighten and lessen irritation. Organic goji berry extracts act as anti-inflammatory and anti-aging components and is particularly beneficial for blemished, mature or sun damaged skin conditions.

Okay this is was a very small sample and I couldn’t really tell how well it works but all I know is contains really good ingredients and I like that you can use it both day and night! The full size retails for $55 for 0.5 oz.
Overall I think these products are awesome....I really can't complain about all-natural, organic skincare. I think the ingredients in these products are way better for your skin unlike a lot of drugstore skincare that contain a ton of synthetic/artificial ingredients you can't even pronounce. Unforanutely though after a month of using these I decided I didn't really like them as a whole skincare rountine. My skin was feeling/looking okay but nothing special, I was still getting small blemishes here and there. Maybe this kit wasn't right for my skin type because I consider my acne-prone (although I don't break out that much anymore) I'm definitely not oily. My favorite product hands down is the cleanser, it feels amazing and my least favorite is the cream moisturizer. Pangea Organics is great but expensive! I'm still trying different products and figuring what what's best for my skin, I don't have my perfect skincare routine yet. Well thanks for reading, that's it for my review!
