Klout Perk: Essie Fear or Desire

Hooray for Klout Perks! I was super excited about this perk because I *thought* we were getting the WHOLE Essie Summer Collection and I wasn't the only one that thought this haha! When my box arrived in the mail I was like, hmm this feels too light to be 6 polishes. Sadly yes, it was too good to be true we only received ONE polish from the collection. But that's okay! The colors in this collection aren't original at all...I know we've all seen similar colors before and there's probably lots of dupes. I'm glad I received the orange, Fear or Desire and not a pink...because I have plenty of pink polishes. Although I would have preferred the baby blue, Bikini So Teeny or the green, Mojito Madness.

Fear or Desire is a bright orange creme, nothing too special. It looks a little darker on the nails than it does in the bottle. I was a little nervous about the formula while I was applying the first coat because it was a teeny bit streaky but then it evened out perfectly once I applied the second coat. I'm happy it was perfectly opaque in two coats because Essie polishes tend to be on the sheer side.
