Urban Decay Naked2 Palette!

I did it, I bought the Naked2 palette!!! This palette is simply amazing, worth every single penny and I couldn't be more excited to have it! Contains twelve beautiful neutral eye shadows, a dual-ended shadow/crease brush and mini lip gloss. I wanted the first Naked palette soo bad, but I kept myself from buying it and now I’m glad I did. Even though I don’t own the first Naked palette, I like this one better for a couple of different reasons. But since I don’t personally own the first one I won’t be comparing the two, just raving about this one! Get ready for an overload of Naked2 pictures!

I love this sleek taupe colored case. It is made of metal, probably one of the sturdiest cases out there. It also securely snaps close so you don't ever have to worry about it opening up on you.

I am extremely happy this palette comes with an exclusive dual-ended Good Karma Shadow/Crease brush, a $24 value. I use these brushes every single time I use this palette. They are very soft and apply/blend the eyeshadows flawlessly! The shadow end is stiff so you can really pack on the eye shadow all over your lid. The crease end is perfect applying eye shadow pretty much anywhere like your crease and it blends eye shadow really well too!
The palette has a nice big mirror inside, although I don't think I'd ever really use it.

Foxy - cream bisque with matte finish
Half Baked - golden bronze with shimmery finish
Bootycall  - shimmery cork
Chopper - shimmer with silver micro glitter
Tease - creamy pale brown with matte finish
Snakebite - dark bronze shimmer with metallic base
Suspect - pale golden beige with shimmery finish
Pistol - light greyish brown with shimmery finish
Verve - oyster with shimmery finish
YDK - cool bronze shimmer with metallic base
Busted - deep brown with shimmery finish
Blackout - blackest black with matte finish

I've been playing with this palette for over a week now, every eyeshadow is fantastic! The swatches above were taken over bare skin. The three matte colors are less pigmented than the shimmery ones, but still great quality. If you read Temptalia's review the only eyeshadow she was disappointed with was Tease...she said it was "dry, stiff, and applies unevenly." I did not experience this Tease in my is soft, smooth and I had no issues with application.

My favorite color is YDK, it makes a fabulous smokey eye! For a simple matte look, I like to use Foxy all over the lid, up to your brow then apply Tease in the crease. I was also really excited a matte black, Blackout was included. It it soo black and works great to deepen any look.

Lastly, the palette comes with a mini lip gloss, Urban Decay's Lip Junkie in Naked. I love this lip gloss, I wish it wasn't so tiny because I'll probably use it up fast! It is a sheer shimmery pink neutral color, makes your natural lip color look fabulous. It tastes minty and has a nice cooling feeling to it. It is kind of thick but not too sticky, it doesn't necessarily "plump" your lips but I think the thickness of the gloss does make you lips appear fuller.

I am sooo happy with this palette...the eyeshadows, brush and lip gloss are perfect! If you have the first Naked palette, you don't really need this one. But if you don't and are looking for the perfect palette for everyday neutral colors, this is it! This palette has been selling out really fast every time Urban Decay releases more online. If you’re trying to get your hands on one just sign up for an email update or look out for Urban Decay's updates on Twitter and Facebook. It is only being sold at right now and will be available in stores early February. So what do you think of this palette? I know you wanna get Naked2!
