Directions say, after shampooing to leave in your hair for 3-5 minutes, I like to leave my masks in the entire time I'm showering which is usually 10-15 minutes so it really penetrates my hair. It smells really good...mostly like any other Argan treatment I've used. After rinsing my hair out, it felt very smooth and soft. I am very impressed by the ingredients as well, they seem very beneficial. But the real test is what happens when my hair dries...
Amika Obliphica Oil Treatment – contains all the same ingredients and benefits of the nourishing mask, with a high concentration of Obliphica oil as well. Also contains natural UV protection from environment and sun damage. Provides long-lasting moisture, eliminates frizz, prevents split ends and results in silky shiny hair. So I applied it to my hair damp, right after using the nourishing mask. Smells really good, just like the mask. My hair soaked up the oil and I let it air dry. Once dry, to my pleasant surprise my hair didn't frizz up like crazy like it usually does!! My hair felt VERY soft and smooth. I think this product really does was it claims, restoring my hair back its natural balance. I am very impressed, any product that can tame my frizz is a winner for me! My hair is much healthier after cutting it short, but these products made them feel even healthier too! Even though I was only able to try them once, I would definitely recommend for someone to try them out as well. So have you tried any Amika products? If you have what was your experience, I am very interested in this brand now!
